Oracle password filter not updating changed password in back end directoty OID 11.1.1.

We have a domain controller that is used by an enterprise-wide password reset tool.  This DC has the Oracle MSAD pasword filter software installed.  For some reason, it has stopped syncing the passwords with our Oracle Internet Directory app servers.

  I have no exposure to the bank's DCs and all of the folks who worked with the DCs and the password filter are no longer with the company.  I would like some guidancewith troubleshooting steps to figure out what the cause is and how to fix it Currently after we’ve gone through the set up, we’ve reinstalled, etc.  It seems all other DC passwords filters are updating passwords properly except for this one.  Also, this password filter was working until a few weeks ago.  Can you suggest me any dia
