Unable to open worklist for GL Journals that are routed for approval

Hi,

We are upgrading  to FSCM9.2 (image#11), PT8.54.10  and as part of this upgrade I am configuring GL Journal AWE workflow

After configuring, when I route a journal for approval, the entry populates in the worklist, but upon clicking the entry from worklist there is an error message - the error message is 'Page cannot be displayed' .


So my question is - are there any IB configuration to be done for the GL journal workflow to be functional?

User-ID with which the worklist is opened has ALLPAGES access and full access to all web libraries.

Any advise/suggestion is appreciable.
