Peoplesoft ELM SSO landing page

Hi Gurus,

We are implementing Peoplesoft 9.2 ELM using SSO.

SSO is working as expected and as soon as user logs it is going to default landing page(My Page) as below

XXXXX/psp/elmeqa/EMPLOYEE/HRMS/h/?tab=DEFAULT)

But we would like to land on Learning home as below

XXXX/psp/elmeqa92/EMPLOYEE/ELM/h/?tab=LM_LEARNING_DASHBOARD

Please let me know where should I change the settings

I tried to get ride of the Public access to My page so that next page Learning page will be displayed but page is signing out of the page as soon as we logged in.
