Excel to CI - Multiple Cost Rows

When loading assets into PeopleSoft Asset Management using Excel to CI is it possible to load multiple cost rows for a single assets?  If so, how?

Example:  Asset 123 has a total cost of $10,000, which is split between four different departments.  Dept 1 - $2,500, Dept 2 - $5,000, Dept 3 - $500, and Dept 4 - $2,000.
