OUD: password-reset via non-admin LDAP-User

Hi,

I faced to an use-case, that the non-Admin LDAP-user have to Change Passwords in a sub-tree of LDAP.
I find the following Doc:
How to setup administrative accounts to delegate password resets (Doc ID 1448030.1)

and as I understand, the password-reset privilege could be assigned to "Administrators", but in my use case LDAP-User is not an admin.  Is there any solution available regarding this use-case?
