Experiencing intermittent deadlock on Journal Approval using AWE on PS_EOAW_WL_OPRVW

Hi,

We are on FSCM Application Version 9.1 & Tools version 8.53.

We have implemented GLJournal Approval AWE Workflow in Production a couple of weeks back. Before implementation we were on Virtual Approver Workflow.

Since implementing users are coming back quite frequently complaining they are seeing intermittent SQL Fatal errors while trying to approve the journal.

We checked in the Appserver and Database logs and we found the following SQL is getting deadlocked, possibly the reason of the fatal sql error at the frontend.

Victim SQL:

SELECT BUSPROCNAME, ACTIVITYNAME, EVENTNAME,
WORKLISTNAME, INSTANCEID, TRANSACTIONID FROM
PS_EOAW_WL_OPRVW WHERE EOAWPRCS_ID = ? AND OPRID = ?
