help with PIA_INSTALL_FAIL

Hi,

This is our actual configuration for peoplestools:

Java 1.6.0_45

Weblogic 10.3.6.0

I was trying to reach the next configuration

Java 1.6.0_101

Weblogic 10.3.6.0.12

I uninstalled Weblogic and upgraded Java from 1.6.0_45 to 1.6.0_101, then I Installed Weblogic again and the patch to go from 10.3.6.0 to 10.3.6.0.12, then I installed the Peopletools 8.52.25, everything goes well until I tried to install Peoplesoft PIA, the next error is showing up:
