Peoplesoft Application servers Moving from One data center to Another Data Center

Our Peoplsoft Application servers are located in Florida moving to Dubai data center. Peopletools 8.50, HCM applications 9.0 and Database on 11.2.0.4 on Windows 2008 R2 64 bit servers. these servers are moving from one data center to another data center. this is a new activity to us. please update us what are the issues can raise and what will be the impact on the peoplesoft application. what steps need to be taken while moving. if their is any documents and case studies please provide us. Network team are planning to Move the Servers using snapshot method.
