We are trying to import security from PT 8.54 to PT 8.52 and it not working

Did any one did a full data publish of User_profile from PT 8.54 to PT 8.52? We cannot use data mover scripts because of the usage of the SALT PSWD in PT 8.54. Any suggestions oh how we can get the security from PT 8.54 to lower tools versions?
