SELECT returns wrong data

Version is managed data provider

64-bit ODAC 12c Release 3 (12.1.0.2.1) Xcopy for Windows x64

I tried to narrow down the request leading to the erroneous data results.

The request is some kind of this one:

select ID.S_NR, LD.LD_ID, MA.S_NR, ID.BEZ, ITD.IS_NR, ITD.M, ITD.M_PL, ITD.TL_ST

ATUS, ITD.STAND_TOOL_SUBST, ITD.ST_WZ, ITD.ST_HL, ITD.NC_T_NR, ITD.DP_NR, ICD.SC

H_NR, ICD.SCH_PKT, ID.KL_ART, ID.KL_TYP, ITD.IS_SYS_ID, MA.SYS_ID, ID.SYS_ID, IT
