HRESULT 0x800401A8 Excel 2013 error when downloading to the Excel 2013 sheet

Hello Experts,

I am in HCM 9.2 environment and using IE.  When I run a query and download to Excel 2013, I get "HRESULT 0x800401A8" message.  I have to click 9 times to close the pop-up message and this error message shows up for every Excel sheet open.  It is very annoying since I have to click 9 times to get rid of the message to move from one Excel sheet to another Excel sheet.   I am not sure whether I should be reporting this error to Oracle or Microsoft, but just in case other users might have encountered this error and
