Is BLDWS a delivered payment predictor algorithm or algorithm group in Peoplesoft?

Is BLDWS a delivered payment predictor algorithm or algorithm group in Peoplesoft?  We see payments in our system applied using this algorithm group and algorithm both having the name BLDWS. However, in PeopleBooks this isn't one of the algorithm groups / algorithms listed.  Thanks.  Is there a listing of all delivered algorithm groups and algorithms for PeopleSoft payment predictor somewhere or does PeopleBooks have all delivered ones listed?
