BI Publisher Error generating report output on Preview

I am new to using BI Publisher - we are just doing a bit of testing to see if we want to start using it.  My first tests have just been with a fairly basic PS Query as the data source. I can create an RTF template that previews and works just fine if I add in a table with the Template builder tool.

BUT, using that same query as the data source if I create an RTF template that contains a chart (created using the template builder chart tool) it errors out every time I try to preview it in the Report Definition (previews fine in Word). The error is posted below.
