Cursor on tabs

Upon navigating to any component and placing the cursor on tab, the cursor changes from a pointer to an "I" shape. Instead, we should be able to view a 'hand' shape. This issue occurs after the upgrade from PT 8.52 to 8.54.Even on placing the cursor on tabs of the grid the same issue occurs.

Currently we are using FSCM 9.0 and PT 8.54.10. Any suggestions or guidance will be helpful.
