JSSE SSL implementation on WLS 10.3.6

Announcement from BEA Weblogic states that "+Support for the Certicom SSL implementation is deprecated and will eventually be removed.+"

Here is some helpful information on moving to JSSE with SHA2 :

1. If you are using WebLogic 10.3.2 you should upgrade to WebLogic 10.3.6.   Refer to document 1389918.1 for instructions on upgrading WebLogic.  Apply the latest Patch Set for your new WebLogic 10.3.6, this needs to be 10.3.6.0.12 or higher.

2.  Use the JDK/JRockit that is certified with you PeopleTools release only  but upgrade to the following minimum patches:

JDK 7 update 85  (1.7.0_85)

JDK/JRockit 6 update 101 (1.6.0_101)

3.  Enable JSSE SSL which trusts stronger certificates such as SHA2.

    a. Log in to your WebLogic admin console
