Pre-delinquent strategies assignment at account level
Hi team,
I'm implementing advanced collections for a customer who implemented stategies (calls, dunning) at account level.
this is working fine and strategies are assigned as soon as an invoice is due.
Now ... I have a requirement which is to send a reminder letter to all customers 'a week before invoices are due'.
My concers is:
Note 2032932.1 clearly explain how to create pre-delinquent scoring/strategies ... the thing is that implementation guide states 'note: You can only run strategies for pre-delinqquent transactions at the transaction level'.
On the other hand, implementation guide name seeded pre-delinquent strategies at account level ....
So it's possible -when operational collection level is defined as 'Account' - to create pre-delinquent strategies including work item type automatic-email at account level?
