PSFT Billing 'from date' and 'to date' are not displayed

Any idea why some of my invoices will not have the 'from date' and 'to date' showing? I noticed on these invoices, the cumulative totals are not adding up correctly. I checked the contract and they do have the dates listed. We are using Peoplesoft 9.1. Please advise. Thanks, Virginia
