OIM-OAM-OAAM Integration issue using Advanced TAP (DCC webgate)

I am trying to integrate OAAM on top of an OIM-OAM interated environment using DCC. I am integrating with Adavanced mode using TAP Scheme. I have followed all the steps including the specific DCC ones. However, while accessing the protecting url i am getting the error on the login page as "There is some techincal error..." and also not able to login as it redirect back to the login page with error "Sorry, the identification you entered was not recgnized...". In oaam and oam server diagnostic logs i cannot see any issue except for a message which says "OAM TAP
