Impact of mapping newly created Area to existing Region in org hierarchy.

Hi All,

I want to understand impact of mapping newly created Area to existing Region in org hierarchy. If anyone has done this activity, request to provide your valuable inputs.

Do we have any standard batch which will take care of this activity or need to perform it from backend?

Major areas of concern are

  1. Down stream systems - RWMS, SIM, RPM, ReIM, ReSA, Allocation will be affected or not?
  2. RMS security - will it be affected by change in hierarchy
  3. Effect on RDW
