LEIE and PeopleSoft Financial Sanctions

I have a health care client that wants to use Financial Sanctions with the LEIE file from the Office of Inspector General.  The only thing I see as delivered is using the SDN file provided by the Office of Foreign Asset Control.  Will PeopleSoft support a CSV file for LEIE?
