PeopleSoft 9.2 not working on Windows with "Your URL must contain domain ....."

Hi All,

I just installed FSCM 9.2 PUM image to my virtualbox.   As I want to expose the URL to the project team, I used a static IP and the bridged adapter.   Everything booted up fine, and I am able to get to the Weblogic console from my workstation, however when I try to get into the PIA, using the 10.10.10.10:8000/psp/ps/?cmd=login  I get the following error.    (NOTE:  IP address shown here changed to protect real install)

"Your URL must contain domain ".xyz.com"

Click to Sign in to Peoplesoft to try again.

When I click on the  hyperlink to try again, it sends me to:
