Error Code: 604 JPS-01055: Could not create credential store instance.

Hi,

After Shutting Down OIM server from Weblogic console, when I am restarting the OIM server - getting below exception -

Error Code: 604


JPS-01055: Could not create credential store instance.
Reason oracle.security.jps.service.policystore.PolicyStoreException: 
javax.persistence.PersistenceException: 
Exception [EclipseLink-4002] (Eclipse Persistence Services - 2.3.1.v20111018-r10243): 
org.eclipse.persistence.exceptions.DatabaseException

Internal Exception: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1


ORA-01653: unable to extend table SYS.AUD$ by 8192 in tablespace SYSTEM
ORA-02002: error while writing to audit trail
