Excel limit in Schedule Query?

edited Jan 30, 2016 4:02AM in PeopleTools and Lifecycle Management - PSFT (MOSC) 2 commentsAnswered

Hello -

I'm running a rather large query through Schedule Query.  From what I understand, there is supposed to be no limit to number of rows returned (as compared to running via Query Manager).  However, I get the following message when requesting the output of XLS:

Query Result Set too Large:  (50,546) Result of SQL Fetch is over the maximum result size...

And the number of rows that are written to the file are 65,527

This is indicative of the Excel 2003 limitation.

We are running Tools 8.54 - I thought this issue was supposed to have been resolved in this release.

Any ideas on how to fix this?  Is there a version of Excel running on the App Server that needs to be upgraded?

Howdy, Stranger!
