HR Alerts Dynamic Tile

In the 8.54 release notes, one of the screenshots shows the HR Alerts tile (with dynamic content). We would like to enable that tile on our MSS landing page. We looked for the tile in the Portal > Fluid Pages but unable to find it.

Does anyone know how to enable this HR Alerts tile? We see the Alerts pagelet on the manager dashboard but we would like to enable the dynamic tile for this.
