Do we have configurations to identify if a Country is part of the SEPA areas? Thanks

We are trying to run a MT101 layout bank transfer and want to add tag 23E for SEPA processing. But before this we need to know what countries are exactly from the SEPA areas. We found lists from the external references for SEPA but there are no specific from Peoplesoft Finance. Do we even have one configuration or similar setup to distinguish if country is from SEPA?
