Are there any intergrations for SAM.Gov data for the Purchasing module in EBS 12.1.3?

We have a requirement to collect data from SAM.GOV for all suppliers in Oracle EBS and report spend to the Federal Government.  I just learned that Peoplesoft v9.2 provided this integrations in their application for SAM data so I am trying to determine if the EBS team has provided any integration to the supplier pages. Looking at the current pages for v12.1.3 there are some existing fields that can contain the information recorded in SAM.gov but is there any web services already provided to retrieve this data?
