Online Journal Edit (GL_JEDIT_0) Fail while calling the cobol

Hi,

We are seeing some scenario(still unable to figure the exact scenario) that our journal online edit process is failing while calling the cobol process as it can't be run on the NT server. Is there any known scenario identified which calls the cobol from the GL_JEDIT_0 process. We know the batch edit can call the cobol for posting the journal but not sure about the online edit process. When we applied the trace from the lower env, we can't see anywhere calling the cobol. Looks like it is specific to some scenario.

Please advise if there is any known issue identified in this scenario.
