Is Voice OTP support available in OAAM 11.1.2.3.0 version?

IHAC who requires Voice OTP support for visually challenged people.

I don't see the Voice OTP support available in OAAM 11.1.2.3.0 version, where-as it was supported in the previous versions like 11.1.1.5.0 & 11.1.1.6.0...Is there any specific reason why it is not supported in PS3?
