How to display Average Days Late for customers withoug outstanding balance, ie in Receivables

Hello,

We understand the collections field "Average Days Late" has moved from AR to Collections.

However, how can we find out the average days late for someone who is an existing AR customer but doesn’t currently have a balance outstanding (ie not in the Collections Work Queue)?
