FDMEE Locations on ARM data loads

We have set up everything in FDMEE for ARM and even loaded data into FDMEE.  When we go into ARM and try and load data to a period, it is not showing the location that was created in FDMEE.  Is there anything in ARM that needs to be set up to see FDMEE or should this have already happened with the set up in FDMEE? Any help with this is appreciated! I have used OIA
