I downloaded Image 9.2.016 for Windows 64 Bit. If you have done the same was it missing the ova_gen

I downloaded thin complete image and unzipped HCM-920-UPD-016-WIN_1of10.  When I opened the directory there was no ova_gen.bat or ova_gen.sh.  Has anyone else found the same to be true?
