Implement Siebel Order Management in Open UI Mobile

Hi All,

I am new to Open UI. I have a requirement to implement Siebel Order Management (Account /Contact/Address/Billing Profile/Order Creation, Order Validation, Associating product with Order Line Items, Validating Order, Submitting Order) in Open UI, which will be accessed from Mobile.

Please let me know the feasibility of this solution. Also it would be really helpful to get any reference document describing  overview of Siebel Open UI Mobile Application.
