Applying change package

  Hi Team,
We wish not to connect to PUM server(where we have installed HCM image 14),while deploying change package in our Pre Production and Production environment .
While creating the change package via change assistant for applying in our Development , SIT and UAT environment, we have been selecting Apply Type as “Initial pass –All Steps”. It has been successfully applied in Development, SIT and UAT and we had defined PUM source and source database as HCM image 14 database.
When we are using the same package created in above step to deploy in Pre-Production ,it is failing in applying GPCE rule package.
