ORACLE E-BUSINESS SUITE ACCESSGATE 1.3.0.0 FOR ORACLE E-BUSINESS SUITE 12.1

I am trying to integrate EBS 12.1.3 with OAM 11.1.2.2.0 for SSO and i have followed the recent Meta link document ( Doc ID 2045154.1 ) as per documentation i applied the following patches to automate the deployment of AccessGate.

12.1.3 R12.TXK.B Patch 21649685

12.1.3 R12.TXK.B Patch 21370116

There are two other applications which are using the same webgate registered for EBS and other two applications are working fine so it seems that there is no issue at Webgate. I have also validated Index.html page that is also redirecting to OAM login page.

While accessing EBS URL http://<ebshostname>.<domain>:80/ it gets redirect to
