nVision - drill of deptid from a different bu is not working

I have created a file layout which displays data for different BUs

When I try to use the drill down for department , only the dept of my main BU  is displayed, the other deptIDs associated with my 2nd  BU (with a different SETID than main BU )   are no displayed.

I would like to know how to make nVision read all setID
