Oracle Client Install error during DPK install process

Hello,

Installed HCM Image #16 into VBOX.

Copied ptools install software from SAMBA.

Running the client setup DPK.

Getting Oracle client error as below. There is no Oracle directory with that name on "C" drive. Any thoughts on how to install Oracle client or workaround. Thanks
