Generate Statement Image

Hi,

Looking at FMIS 9.2 - Generate Statement Image.

New functionality enables collectors to view a statement image in the correspondence history, and to email a copy of the statement image to the customer.

This suggests to me that you can email a copy of a statement via the collections workbench. Is this so?

Also, if this is correct, what settings need to be set against the customer and is there any other configuration required?
