Can I add a 2 Entry types to the MT-09 System Function ID

Can I add a 2nd Entry type to the MT-09 System Function ID and use Entry Reason 'RC' for the Refund Credit Process  and Use the 2nd Entry Type 'RT' for Refunds that I do not want to be included in the AR to AP Refund Process?  When I add a 2nd entry type to the MT-09 System Function ID, I only see the latest effective dated row on Maintenance Worksheets
