HR92U016 access - TNS error

Loaded HR92 Image #16 into VBOX,

Able to connect to Image via PIA.

Using APP Designer (PTools 8.55.01), trying to connect to Image DB.

Getting TNSNames related error (unknow SID).

I looked at Oracle db delivered with Image. There were no sqlnet.ora and tnsnames.ora file in $ORACLE_HOME/network/admin directory.

I added those two files; Oracle should have delivered them. In earlier images, i never had to add/update them. If PIA came up and tns entries are added on local machine, APP designer connection worked.

For Image 16, app designer connection is not working.

Did anyone else ran into same issue with Image #16?
