no PI_HOME for CS9.2.000?

CS9.2.000 posted on Dec 4, 2015.  I downloaded and set up CS9.2.000 as normal, then I noticed that something is missing.  I see the PT client and Oracle installs, but PI_HOME is missing.  Is this expected with CS9.2.000, but will be present in CS9.2.001 targeted for Mar 29?
