How can we findout a user session for mwa (who is using oracle mobile applications)

Hello all,

I need small help from you. Can we able to find out user session .

I got two incidents in which one user has mentioned that

case 1:

Description:

Responsibility Name : HTP Warehouse Manager

Incident Source : Oracle Form

Error Source : On-hand quantity[INVMATWB]

User name and Password entry ok - but then freezes with "connecting..."message.

I have rebooted and still same issue.

Case 2:

User report that colaboration: Fabio Pereira Souza (WWID: nw271) dont acces Oracle mobile.

Error in attachment;

In ARM access is  " Implemented"

Erro occours in computer and " coletor de dados"

in attachment (i.e mobile client he is getting java.lang.ArrayIndecoutof bounce exception:4000).
