Database problem with HCM PUM Image 16

I downloaded and setup HCM PUM Image 16 in Virtual Box.  I did not encounter any errors.

At the conclusion of the setup, I can not connect to the HR92U016 database that was created.  I've tried connecting while setting up a Change Assistant database as well as connecting through SQL Plus with the connect id I setup during the image install.

I get and Oracle Error:

ORA-12505: TNS:listener does not currently know of SID given in connect descriptor.

Has anyone had a similar problem?
