Can't connect to database after installing HCM Image 16
I apologize if this is a double posting. New to MOSC so I may have posted this in some other "place" yesterday.
We have downloaded and installed the HCM Image 16 using the new Tools 8.55 DPK process. There were no errors and everything appears to have installed and setup correctly. I can log into the PIA session successfully.
When we try to set up a database in Change Assistant, it will not connect. Upon further review, we can not connect to the database name chosen during setup (HR92U016). We have followed the same steps as done for previous images to update the tnsnames.ora file with the appropriate entry and have tried to connect to the database using SQL Plus and the connect id and SYSADM id, but we get a tns error that the SID is unknown (paraphrased).
