Upgraded To 12.2.4 - IEX: Send Dunnings for Delinquent Customers Doesn't Generate Output Second Time

Hi Expert,

After upgraded to 12.2.4 from 11.5.10.2,

I have executed below:

1) Navigated to collection administrator responsibility.

2) Migrated dunning letter through 'IEX: Dunning Letter Sets Migration for Staged Dunning'.

3) ran 'IEX: Scoring Engine Harness' program.

4) Finally ran 'IEX: Send Dunnings for Delinquent Customers' program, it spawned 'IEX - XML Bulk delivery' & got output.

5) navigate to AR responsibility - Print document - Historical dunning letter - got output.

When I run again ''IEX: Send Dunnings for Delinquent Customers'' with same parameter, system either doesn't give output or doesn't spawn any program. It just shows the template as output.

It seems that it works first time. But, Customer can take re-print as many time as they want for old and new transactions.
