OIM request status is showing as 'Request Approved Fulfillment Pending

HI Team,

  My Approval stages are 3 Level Approval

1) Manager Approval

2) Approval Role Approval

3) Fulfillment Role Approval


OIM PS2


I have deployed the SOA Workflows in the EM console and tested with the Disconnected Application Instance in OIM PS2 .

It is working fine with all three level approval


OIM PS3


I have deployed the Same Workflows in OIM PS3 .

When i have created one Disconnected Application Instance .

The Approval is going for the Manager and Approval Role users with Emails.

Even  the email is receiving for the Fulfillment Role users , But the Request is not coming to Fulfillment Users Inbox in OIM.
