Bug Fix 16930125/ PTF Not Recording Row Insert

We are experiencing an issue described in Oracle Doc ID 1646121.1, with PTF not recording/ capturing the steps to insert one or more rows in a grid on a page.  This occurs in our Enterprise Contracting module, specifically on the Line Items page, accessed while creating an event.  PTF only records the step that clicks the plus sign to add a row, and captures nothing related to the message box that appears as a result.  The next statement recorded is the first step executed after the message box is closed.  The result when playing back the test is that the plus sign is clicked, the message box is displayed, and
