ftp service cannot be enabled on SD 4600

Dears,

we got the below error when trying to enable ftp on acme  SD 4600.

FIXT-SBC-CHR2# management enable ftp
Invalid service name 'ftp'

FIXT-SBC-CHR2# management show

Management Services Current Settings:
    telnet: enabled

FIXT-SBC-CHR2# sh version
Acme Packet Net-Net 4600 SCZ7.2.0 MR-2 GA (Build 252)
Build Date=10/29/14

FIXT-SBC-CHR2# show features
Total session capacity: 2000
Enabled features:
        2000 sessions, SIP, H323, ACP, Load Balancing, High Availability,
        NSEP RPH, IDS, IDS Advanced
