India Localization Implementation for a Global firm

Hi,

The customer is based out of USA and they are running on 12.1.3 with Procurement, Inventory, GL, AP & Project Accounting.

They are considering to open a office in India, which will involve India Localization.

What could be the probable challenges and limitations for a global firm in terms of reporting, inter-company.

Any pointers in this regard, shall be of great help.
