Getting error while uploading purchase order for warehouse using EDI flat file

Hi ,

I am trying to upload purchase order for warehouse using flat file(attached herewith)by executing ediupack batch and getting the below error-

I am also attaching the snapshots of required tables.

process_item~item_loc~1403~ORA-01403: no data found~Item is not active at this location: cursor = c_item_pwh_status, item = 100031285, physical wh = 10001
