PeopleTools 8.55 Fluid Home Page - can we bypass this and land on the Classic Menu?

Yes - I know that Fluid is the new cool thing and it is the way to go.  PeopleSoft will be delivering all kinds of pages in Fluid and everyone will be on their phones and tablets accessing PeopleSoft.  I get it.  However, our users in our Financials app only use the General Ledger. They are power users and are focused on quick navigation.  I think the classic menu provides the true power user more flexibility and easier navigation for working with the General Ledger pages. 

I figured out how to get the menu dropdown to re-appear in the header area as well as the link to Worklist.  I also figured out how to get the breadcrumbs back.  I would like to explore bypassing the Fluid homepage and land the user on the classic menu.  Currently there are no tiles that we would use.  I can use the TIle Wizard and create tiles, but why add complexity when all of that access is right at the user's fingertips via the classic menu?
